Document resulting from a deliberative process involving professionals from the Area of Social Rights, Education and Life Cycles of the Barcelona City Council, as well as organizations from the Network for the Care of Homeless People.
The strategic framework will guide policies addressing homelessness in Barcelona between 2024 and 2027. The role of the team from the Area of Social Rights and Public Policies of the Institut Metròpoli has been to support and facilitate the deliberation process and to draft the document in order to reflect the consensus of the stakeholders involved.
