This report analyzes Colònia Güell, a territory that forms part of an Urban Master Plan (PDU).
The report fulfills two parallel objectives. On the one hand, it describes the functional integration of the Colonia environment with its metropolitan environment based on the analysis of residential, daily, educational, work and tourist mobility. On the other hand, it characterizes the environment of the Colony, in terms of both social (demographic, economic, social vulnerability) and urban (urban cohesion, morphological characterization of residential fabrics, accessibility to transport and basic services). With the achievement of these objectives, the report accompanies and guides the social memory of the Urban Master Plan for the surroundings of Colonia Güell.
