The report Assessment of the subjective impacts of the 0-16 Fund on the daily lives of children, adolescents and their families makes a qualitative assessment of the social emergency aid for families with children aged 0 to 16 granted by the Barcelona City Council between 2016 and 2019.

The report concludes that the 0-16 Fund has a very positive impact on the living conditions of children and adolescents in poverty and synthesizes the knowledge generated from this assessment into 20 findings. In addition, based on this knowledge, the report makes 14 considerations on child poverty and the 0-16 Fund and 5 proposals for a greater commitment to childhood and adolescence.
